Our first executive consultancy engagement is free of charge unless your particular case requires a long term sustained commitment. What we aim to achieve in the initial one hour workshop is to clearly define the company or department stratergy and start to consider how a fully managed employee training program will help achieve those goals. Once we have an agreed plan we bring in Prince 2 accredited project manager to work closely with either your existing training companies, a set of best of breed training providers or a blend of the two to execute on the employee training program.
