Small Groups

At invent learning we feel that students who are referred to us deserve the best possible chance of a positive and successful education, to do this we create small groups for them to work in, our ratio is around 3 students to 1 staff member, all the students that are put together have a personalised timetable but the majority of the time we match the students needs so that it makes it easier for them to engage and achieve.
 

We also feel that our students are given the opportunity to work in larger groups as well if they feel comfortable doing so, so from time to time we increase the group size and staffing capacity and work on small and easy to access projects around life skills or social skill building, we may invite people from other agencies in to speak or deliver a workshop for students.

We always aim for a positive outcome from each session.
